7. Account Closure Policy

1. User-Initiated Account Closure
Users can request to close their accounts at any time by following these steps:

Please drop us an email to hello@huddlz.chat for account closure with a subject of “Account Closure Request”. Our representative will promptly responds and will help you with the process.

Important Notes:

  • Once the account is closed, access to messages, contacts, and account data will be permanently lost.
  • The messages you have sent to others, the content you have published for the community or the group will still be visible to other users.
  • Deleting your account does not retroactively erase your messages. It only affects your account and data.
  • You are advised to download or back up any important data before initiating the account closure process.

2. Eligibility for Account Closure
An account can only be closed if:

  • There are no pending disputes or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • All dues or outstanding charges (if any) are cleared.

3. Data Retention and Deletion
In compliance with applicable laws, we retain certain user data for a specified period even after account closure. This data is stored securely and used solely for:
